Dell 7567 - multiple issues - DPC latency/keyboard
1. The following keys abruptly stop working sometimes - ASDJKL
2. I have updated all the Dell drivers and updates and my Windows version is latest.
3. I analyzed the DPC latency and it's too high. Occasionally the system stutters for a second which can be observed in the latency graph.
I have tried disabling-enabling/updating all system drivers.
I have updated my graphics driver/BIOS.
I don't have any software installed that might be causing this issue.
I read somewhere that Apple's Bonjour might be causing this issue so I have checked that.
I have changed my power plan to check if that fixes it.
I have tried disabling IPv6 and Firewall.
I regret getting this.

The DPC latency Checker is not Win 10 (or Win compatible.
Download and run the free Resplendence Latency Mon, which is for Win 10.
Keyboard keys may or may not be related to Latency..

The power throttling is a stock message that always displays when there is a problem.
Look at Stats and Processes sections to see what is really going on.
Latency primarily is an audio issue. Its not going to fix your keyboard problems. If this is under warranty best to contact Dell support as they are the only ones that can get it corrected under warranty. We can't do it on this forum.

I used to have freezing + audio issues when my old charger started to twist and break, it might be a charger issue. If it's the case for you then don't order a cheap charger because I did that mistake and the freezing only got worse (for some reason there will be power throttling if the laptop detects that the charger is not an original one). I bought a used 7567 charger and the issue went away. Hope this helped
