Dell 7577 Ram upgrade compatibility

I currently have one 8gb DDR40 2400 single rank crucial, and one open slot.

Would i be able to add a Crucial 16GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DR x8 SODIMM 260-Pin which is a dual rank card for a total of 24GB ram?
