Dell Cinema Guide, Inspiron 5501

I cannot download the Dell Cinema Guide program on my laptop. As much as I tried through the Microsoft store. When I bought the laptop it had as an indication on it with a sticker that it supports it. In the Microsoft store it states that I do not meet some conditions, such as Windows 10 version 15063.0. I have the version Windows 10 Home 19042.630. Can you help me?
