Dell G& 7790 RGB Keyboard stuck on solid blue.

Ive gone to dell tech, best buy, and iv'e even factory reset my laptop on multiple occasions to no avail. Rarely on start up my laptops keyboard will cycle through the color so i know its rgb and for the first while that i owned it the rgb worked and was changeable. Now its just constant solid blue and doesnt respond to anything cant change colors or even dim or turn off the lights. ive tried practically every way of uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers and software. The last time i reinstalled AWCC it cycled through colors once then went back to solid blue and i still have no control over it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I am also experiencing this issue on my Dell G5 15 Special Edition (5505). My colors have been stuck since around November of 2020, and I am unable to change my lights from the current setting.

My keyboard lights up the colors of the rainbow upon startup. It then reverts to a Red / Blue color set that I had set in September. When changing keyboard colors through AWCC,  a notification states that the new colors have been applied, however there are no changes applied to the actual laptop keyboard. The Fn+F10 (keyboard backlight button) does not work as well. I am only able to dim the lights via BIOS Settings.

Uninstalling / Reinstalling both AWCC /  AW OC Controls has not worked. Neither has Resetting my Laptop via system restore (complete erase). Following a system restore, my laptop turned on with the same Red and Blue color scheme that I had picked in September! I'm not sure why a complete reset of my computer was unable to wipe my color settings. Any help would really be appreciated.

This is a topic that seems to be very prevalent, and would really appreciate some assistance. Please assist if at all possible.

Thanks.
