Dell G15 5515 CPU temperature

I recently got this laptop and everything was fine until i updated BIOS. At least after i installed the update i started noticing spikes in temperature on my CPU. It rarely drops bellow 70-75 celsius without any tasks, sometimes even reaching 85-87.
So just sitting in windows without any apps running gives this much of a trouble.
Is there any way i can fix that? It's new so i havent installed much other than Steam, plus already checked it on viruses.
Nothing helps so far. I really got no idea.

Apparently I solved my problem by ending the activity of windows widgets in task manager.

Lol that helped me as well, so it seems to be a windows issue.
Did you figure out by any chance how not to let them start in the first place?

I'm having the same problem with my Alienware m15 r6, after a Dell Update today (unfortunately I don't remember what the updates were), my CPU has very high temperatures, reaching 100° playing before the updates it didn't go over 90° .
