Dell G3 cant undervolt

Question

Hello, my problem is that I cannot do undervolt since when using Intel XTU the settings cannot be modified, they appear in gray, I could do undervolt before but one day I updated bios and it no longer allowed me to do undervolt, I returned to the previous bios, I reset the factory settings but it still won't let me do undervolt. Please help.
