There's no native support for PS4 controllers on Windows like there is for Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers, but it seems there's an application that can help with this, which I found mentioned in this article. That said, I have not tested that method, so if it doesn't work, I won't really be able to suggest what else to try. But if you were just trying a basic USB and Bluetooth without that software and weren't having any luck because you hadn't found that solution, I figured I'd share it. Good luck!
Thx for your reply, I think what you are talking about should be DS4windows, it worked for me few months ago. But recently when I tried to connect the controller with the laptop, it fails. Is there any other ways to fix it?

@Napo0815 Unfortunately as I said, I'm not actually familiar with that application, so I personally wouldn't be able to help you troubleshoot. Sorry!
