Dell G5 SE 5505 - RGB Keyboard issues / AWCC issues

Question

Hi, My laptop is not allowing me to alter the colour of the keyboard. I am led to believe the option should show within AWCC as FX along the top. I currently only have Library and Fusion as options. When the laptop is first turned on the keyboard briefly lights up and that's the last you see of the lights. To confirm it did ship with an RGB keyboard. I am currently running: AWCC 5.2.91.0 OC 1.3.11.1300 I was previously using more recent versions but uninstalled as read on another thread with these forums that reverting to an older version will work. I uninstalled via Dell guidance (here: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-uk/000178439/how-to-remove-and-reinstall-the-alienware-command-center) and was then presented with the Error 1603 (as noted here: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-uk/000137426/alienware-command-center-awcc-crashes-to-installation-error-1603-and-fails-to-install). The only work around to fix this error was to select AWCC version 5.2.91.0. When a fresh install of AWCC opens for the first time you briefly see FX along the top, the application runs through setup and then the options vanish. I am also led to believe audio options should be within AWCC but I've never seen them on any version. Any help is appreciated. Getting fed up with this laptop and will send back for refund if issues not resolved. Thanks.

I have the same problem, I've tried several versions of AWWC, but "FX" TAB will allways vanish after AWWC loads.
I've tried using "5.5" recommended version (from drivers page). But when I run the installer, it just get stuck in the first loading bar, for ever.
Is there a way to find out if my keyboard is just WHITE?. Cos that's the color that shows. And Dimmer is working ok.
