Dell G5511
Hi,
I just got a Dell G15 5511 laptop as a company laptop. The specifications were not exactly clear until I have phisically recieved it, but it came with an I 11800H CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, an 1TB HDD, 165Hz 300 Nit display, and fortunately the 115 W version of the RTX3060. What it was missing was the RGB keyboard, and, thus my first question, the Gameshift button. I have a blank F9 key with nothing on it, so I can't use the function?
My second question is regarding Alienware Command Center. No matter from where I donload it, first it says that there is no compatible hardware detected, and then two sheets, FX and Fusion are just endlessly loading, nothing happens.
Any help is appreciated.

From the system specs you've posted attached to the service tag, this system has a monochrome backlit keyboard -- not the RGB backlit one. If that's not what you intended, contact your seller and return the system -- and assuming one is available in your location (this appears to have a Hungarian keyboard), order the system with the keyboard you want (if it is available -- not all the keyboard options are available in all markets).

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. But the monochrome keyboard is the least of my problem. Could You pelase look after the other two issues, which are actual issues?

Hi,
I am getting emails about not answering but according to this thread I am the one who still did not get an answer to the relevant question. I did get an answer to the question I did not actually ask, and thanks for reminding me that I have a monochrome backlit keyboard - I did not think about turning backlights on and checking it myself anyway.
But about the gaming button, the Command Center, and even other questions I did not yet ask, still no answers.
Please at least don't spam my email until I have received at least some answer.
Thanks

The logical conclusion is that the system lacks the gameshift and Alienware components -- see above; what you received either is not what you ordered, or what you ordered is not what you thought you did. Contact your seller.
