Dell G7 7588 Microphone Issues

Hello I have a problem with my Dell G7 where my microphone picks up audio from my headset. I tried reinstalling all the drivers and also tried using a different headset but the microphone still picks it up from time to time. It is quite annoying when I am playing music and people im talking to can hear that music. Is there anyway solution to fix this?
