Dell G7 Alienware Command Centre install error and window 10 home logo color is not running

Hi i recently bought Dell G7 gaming laptop and window version is home single language and alienware mouse as a gift. Firstly when i open my computer, i can install Alienware Command center. but After i adding nvme ssd and change OS in it. After window installing and driver, my window logo is running color like rainbow. It is nice view. But later my PC is blue screen error and I window installing again. But This time i cant see my window color running and cant install Alienware Command center.
