My touchpad feels a bit greasy. Can anyone suggest how I can clean it?

I clean mine with a damp cloth, with the computer shut down. Usually, do it the same time I do my screen and keyboard. I guess you could use a very small amount of dish soap if it won't come clean with just the damp cloth.
