Dell Inspiration 14 3421 USB Problem

Hi,

My Laptop Dell Inspiration 14 i3 3421, does not recognize USB devices. I've installed all drivers using Dell Support Assistance Software still problem not solved.

When i check Device Manager it shows Unknown Device and in properties, it shows Code 43 error.

I used Linux(Ubuntu 14) once it showed  Device Descriptor Failed.

but when I plug in my phone via USB cable it starts charging the phone.

What can be the problem?
