Dell Inspiron 15 5000 will not connect to the internet tried both WiFi and Ethernet
Help. The computer won’t connect to the internet. WiFi and Ethernet is working on my other devices but now the dell.

Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows.
Example: Dell Inspiron 5567 (5000 series), windows 10
You listed the 5000 series instead of the model number. To see your computer model number, enter the service tag number onto the link below:

You tried downloading / installing latest WIFI & Ethernet (Network) drivers from your Dell Product Support page?

You just did a reinstall of windows? The WIFI or Ethernet was working recently as in 1 or 2 days?
You check to see if WIFI or Ethernet drivers are in device manager?

Inspiron 5570 window 10 home.
Early this week I went to turn it in and the internet would not work.

Run Microsoft troubleshooters to see if any will fix the WIFI or Ethernet connections. Type Troubleshooter onto search [Cortana] box, select Additional Troubleshooters, you should be able to see now, all troubleshooters listed.
First, select Internet Connections to see it will fix the problem. If Internet Connections doesn't fix connection, select Network adapter, and then windows update.
