Dell Inspiron 3593 CPU Fan

Pls help me... I am in India and I cant find any CPU fan replacements for my Inspiron 15 3593 (core i5), can anyone help me i need to buy a fan cuz it reaches to 150 degrees so I keep it in my fridge freezer at -23 degrees but still no effect. Where can I buy a cpu fan for this laptop?
