Dell Inspiron 5570 Fan
I bought this laptop for my engineering collage study and it's been few months now since then I faced my laptop gets very hot, it reaches 99c so easy and I also faced fan problems as it gets slow by time, I then cleaned the fan for 3 times for now and that's so much opening and cleaning the fan yet I was checking on Dell's parts partner on Fans and found that my laptop came with Intel GPU Fan tho I have AMD GPU which makes it worse as the temps are high. I don't know whether mistake by Dell or no but that's not good.

Inasmuch as your system is only a few months old, I would be calling Dell tech support for your region and have them get involved in your heat issue. If in fact the fan is incorrect they can determine what steps to take.
