Dell Inspiron 7559 Signature Edition Problems

Question

So I bought the laptop back in 2017 brand new from the Microsoft store. I recently did a cleanup using CCleaner and it erased a bunch of the essential drivers. I tried to reinstall the drivers but the computer won't let me. On top of that, it won't let me install updates and fails every time I try. I am ok with a factory reset, but it won't let me do that either. I have searched the issue and tried several different things short of reinstalling Windows on the computer. I am considering taking it to a PC repair place but wanted to run my problem by the windows community to see if you all had a fix.

You can try to repair using DISM Tools also. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/7808-use-dism-repair-windows-10-image.html

Probably the repair Install should repair Windows so that you can install your correct hardware drivers
