Dell Inspiron 7559 - The battery does not fully charge

Hi,

From several months ago I have been experienced a problem with my laptop battery. When I connect the charger to the computer, the battery starts charging normally but when it is almost full, 98%, the battery does not charge more it says "plugged in, not charging".After a minute, the battery starts charging again (status LED turn On and battery message "plugged in, charging"). After another minute, the battery stop charging (status LED turn Off and battery message "plugged in, not charging"). If I leave the charger connected, the process of charging and not charging continues. This happens often but sometimes it does not happens and the battery charge without any problem.

I tried my charger with another computer and it works perfectly.
