First do a search for the Drivers and maybe Manuel.

Follow the instructions to install the Drivers and Printer.

Install the driver:

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mp-series/pixma-mp250

Then plug in the appropriate USB cable (the printer end is a standard "B" connector;  you'll need the other end to be whatever port your system has -- standard "A" or USB-C).

That should do it.
