Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery never initialize in Bios
Hi guys.
My hard drive has all partitions to do the factory reset, however when I press F12 and select
SupportAssist OS Recovery on bios, this software does not initialize, instead Windows starts normally.
It seems this option is not activated somehow.
I want to do a clean windows installation with DELL INSPIRON FACTORY RESET and I am not able to do this without SupportAssist OS Recovery.
Please, someone could help?

Make a backup image of the hard drive first.
Then use Media Creation Tool to create bootable USB to install Windows 10 20H2.
