Dell os recovery tool language problem
Inspiron 15 3525
I had a reboot problem so i downloaded the dell os recovery tool. I used it to reinstall windows but the installation was in chinese. I got to the end and in windows and changed the windows display to english with alot of hard work. But some settings still have chinese tabs.(like regedit). I tried to re-use the os recovery tool but it starts up in chinese. And i even tried microsoft media creation tool but it also starts up in chinese. Can anyone help?

Having the same problem. Tried using the pre-installed o/s recovery tool installed with the laptop, and also the downloaded version you get from using the web version. Both go right into Chinese. Did you ever figure it out?

January 12th, 2023... still same here! Just performed a O/S recovery on my wife's Inspiron 3510 and while doing everything in english in Support Assist recovery, the computer booted in Chinese!
