You may have a residual install of that app which is causing the issues? Did you uninstall it or have you done some sort of reinstall of Windows or possible a recovery or refresh? Personally, I don't use the Power Manager I prefer a clean version of Windows which handles power configurations just fine. Looking at Power Manager install notes it does say to uninstall Power Manager Lite before installing Power manager which you may want to check if that is installed?

Try to uninstall the software completely from your laptop. Remove all the entries from the registry and then install it from the Microsoft store, not from the Dell website. No need to update the wifi drivers or disable any sevice.

I'm having the same problem. How can I solve it? I REALLY need to use POWER MANAGER.
