Dell shipped wrong product

Just a complaint I would like posted. 1. I spent over an hr on the phone with business manager with detailed questions regarding wanting the 2 in 1 7591 that included the pen holder with additional costs of $100 with sale price and then purchased. 2. The item came as a 7590 with no pen holder even though receipt was for 7591 3. Called manager and he said he agreed with me that we discussed pen holder 7591 not the 7590 4. Spent 10 days with customer service emails that were very frustrating as they kept thinking i was checking on the pen delivery and promising me phone calls that never came 4. Finally received phone call only to offer me $50 discount *when i paid $100 for the upgrade (which is such a bait and switch fraud) 5. I declined their offer and returned the item but now if I want to reorder the item i was supposed to receive it will cost me several hundred more as it was a cyber monday deal. The unprofessionalism and shear lack of care for their business clients is outrageous! So beyond disappointed!

Unfortunate you aren't able to come to an peaceful resolution with Dell. If this computer is purchased less than 30 days, I suggest you quickly contact Dell again and demand your money back or get another brand new Dell computer with the pen holder.
