With a new (3 day) PC, best to call Dell support.  If a problem has developed only Dell support can get it resolved under warranty.

Well my laptop was purchased in US. But then it was given to me, I currently live in Europe and i highly doubt that i will be able to call them from here.

Clean-install Windows 10.  Don't install the Dell update software -- just install the updates from Windows Update.

Manually install the driver updates you need one at a time -- it's usually when a series of updates is installed together that the problems begin.

I hope that you got your issue resolved.

I just wanted to post my solution, to help others.
After a Dell update recently, my PC was completely crashed, It would not boot to Windows,
I had the same BSOD as you.

Dell tech support apparently did not understand that it was their update to the graphics card causing this issue. I was only told to do a clean re-installation of Windows 10.
I did not want to lose my files from the past month, so I kept searching for a way to save them.
I used a secondary computer to download the Windows 10 install to a flash drive.
Insert the flash drive, and once you restart your PC, it will auto-run. There is an option for "Repair" under the Install button.
If you click that link, it will take you to another button menu where you will be able to navigate to actually access your System Restore (even though you aren't booted to Windows).
I was able to roll back to a couple weeks ago, and now my PC is working fine.
Disable the Dell updates, they are no good!

This just happened to me too. I bought the Inspirion 13 7375 2-in-1, performed all the updates from Windows then made the mistake of going to the Dell Support site to perform one last scan for driver updates since I see some of the drivers for display or Chipset are from 2006. Chipset update was fine but the graphics driver install just bombed my machine. No display half way through. I let it sit for 30 minutes, keyboard was lit so I figured it just needed a large amount of time to sort out what it had to do, but no, no...it crashed. Would not boot, keyboard flickered then I got the option to repair with the only option being to factory reset. No worries though since i barely had it a day but come on...first Dell Laptop and not a good first impression. All seems to be well now though so, glad you are too.
