Downgrade as an alternative solution for 100% disk usage on Windows 10
I know there's a lot of topics discussing the 100% disk usage on Windows 10 issue, but, since there's still no solution, I intend to use Windows 7 or 8.1 instead on my Inspiron 3576.
I successfully managed to format disk and I could install via USB both systems and all compatible drivers and I realized that Windows 7/8.1 actually works well... BUT, i couldn't install AMD RADEON 520 drivers properly and the performance in games and 3D softwares is compromised. So, is that a way to install a properly AMD driver for any one of those systems, even an unupdated but stable driver? I have read that AMD doesnt support Windows 8.1 and I couldnt find a properly driver for Windows 7. Can anyone help with this issue?
