Drivers are not released every month. Only if an issue needs to be addressed or a new function may be added. I have an MSI MB and it has been months since additional updated drivers have been released.
The Drivers & Downloads tab of the the Inspiron 5580 support page at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ca/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5580-laptop/drivers only shows one driver for an SSSTC (Solid State Storage Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of KIOXIA) solid state drive that was released by Dell in March 2021. The Inspiron 5580 ships with a variety of different hard drives and if you don't have a SSSTC model CL1-3D128-Q11/CL1-3D256-Q1/CL1-3D512-Q11 SSD (if you aren't sure expand the section titled "Disk Drives" in the Windows Device Manager to see your hard drive make and model) then Dell did not release any new drivers for your Inspiron 5580 in March 2021. Did you click the blue "Check for Updates" button on that Inspiron 5580 Drivers & Downloads support page to see if it could find any available updates that match your system's unique Service Tag?
If that doesn't help then let us know your Windows operating system (if Win 10 include the version and build and whether this is a Home or Professional edition of Win 10 - see the TechSmith article How to Check Windows 10 Build) and whether you are using Dell SupportAssist v3.8.1.23 or some other software to check for driver and software updates. ------------- 64-bit Win 10 Pro v2004 build 19041.867 * Firefox v87.0 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.2102.4 * Malwarebytes Premium v4.3.0.98-1.0.1236 * Dell Support Assist v3.8.2.1 * Dell Update for Win 10 v4.1.0 Dell Inspiron 15 5584, Intel i5-8265U CPU, 8 GB RAM, Toshiba KBG40ZNS256G 256 GB NVMe SSD, Intel UHD Graphics 620
Just a word of caution that I've had problems in the past that might be associated with BIOS and driver updates offered by Windows Update on my Dell Inspiron 5584. For example, my display screen would sometimes freeze or would not wake up from sleep mode, and this problem seemed more prevalent after Windows Update installed a new video driver for my Intel UHD Graphics 620 chip. Also be aware that Windows Update will occasionally offer outdated drivers - see the September 2020 articles Windows 10 Is Pushing Old Drivers Updates That You Should Avoid and Windows 10 Is Offering a Confusing Mess of Intel Driver Updates for one example.
Managing driver updates offered by Windows Update has been much simpler in Windows 10 since August 2020 when Windows Update began delivering driver updates as Optional updates (Settings | Update & Security | Windows Update | View Optional Updates) but I have a Win 10 Professional OS so I decided to completely disable driver updates by Windows Update using the Local Group Policy Editor (GPEdit) - see Option 1 of the TenForums tutorial Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but my screen freezes and black screens have disappeared now that I only use BIOS and driver updates recommended by Dell SupportAssist that Dell has certified for my Inspiron 5584. ------------- 64-bit Win 10 Pro v2004 build 19041.867 * Firefox v87.0 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.2102.4 * Malwarebytes Premium v4.3.0.98-1.0.1236 * Dell Support Assist v3.8.2.1 * Dell Update for Win 10 v4.1.0 Dell Inspiron 15 5584, Intel i5-8265U CPU, 8 GB RAM, Toshiba KBG40ZNS256G 256 GB NVMe SSD, Intel UHD Graphics 620
