Epsa alert

Hi, I recently replaced hard drive on Inspiron 5379 due to critical issue on the hard drive. Since then I cannot reboot the computer. Upon running the diagnostics I have the error code, ePSA 4306.13 with message ‘one or more errors detected’. I have searched internet for this code but cannot find it. Any help or guidance as to how to resolve would been hugely appreciated. Thanks.

Unless you change the boot order temporarily with F12, your laptop is most likely set to boot from the hard drive.

With no OS on the new hard drive, of course, it won't boot.

Thanks. I realise that there is no OS on the hard drive however I cannot get the computer to recognise a usb stick with windows ready to load. When running diagnostics to explore any further problems I get the error code as I mentioned. I cant locate any reference to this code on dell website or via google so I was hoping someone might have an insight. Many thanks for your interest.
