Error 2,7 after change LCD Panel
Inspiron 3493
Dear All i have a strange issue
My Inspiron 3493 had broken LCD panel(hit in corner only).
It was functional with external monitor and only the panel was break.
I have change it with identical panel(same serial, version etc) by opening only screen protecting.
Remove only the cable from bad panel to the new one.
After change LCD i have 2.7 error led.
I have try to install previews panel but face the same error.
Also Start + D show normal the LCD (white only but it works)
Try to reset with no success ( Baterry,Cmos etc)
External monitor not working also.
did this damage mobo?
Any ideas?

Is the replacement panel the exact same part number as the original, or is it different?
The fact that you don't see a normal diagnostic pattern on the screen is concerning -- it could be that the panel is defective, or it could be that it's a non-Dell part the system does not recognize.

LCD was same part as original.
I just close with vendor ad they suggest to change the cable.
May was damaged.
I will update when arrived.
