Error Code on new startup, 17-5755

I simply took it apart far enough to reinstall a DC power jack that was broken. Now it's put back together and on the startup I have an error code 2000-0151, validation 129389.

System BIOS A12. ePSA: Build 4302.10 UEFI ROM.

I also have the Hard Drive S/N, if needed... incorrect status=32.

There's a QR code as well, but tech savvy, I am not. It says to scan the code with my smartphone to continue online, but I don't know how to scan it and post it here. 

Yes, it's out of warranty. BUT STILL, I NEED HELP to get it back up and running, PLEASE!! 

Says SupportAssist has detected a failiing component on my system that needs immediate attention. 

The Dell website won't help AT ALL because the Inspiron 17-5755 is out of warranty. PLEASE HELP! This is the first time I've had the laptop even CLOSE to up and running in over 6 months!!
