Error code 43

Buy this laptop, it had overheating, due to improperly laid thermal paste, at the manufacturer's factory, but because it's gtx1060, I thought that was the normal. As a result error code 43. it's good that the developers added diagnostics tool to this "wonderful" laptop, but it’s a pity that they give positive results even with a non-working video card. it seemed strange to me, and I decided to call tech support where I did hear go  yourself with your laptop, because warranty has expired and they cannot talk to me. Okay. I went to an authorized service center where they told me that they can’t carry out the diagnostics until they re-solder the video card, of course, at my expense, they also informed me that the thermal grease was installed incorrectly when I asked just to restore the licensed windows, which stopped starting after using your utility to restore the system, they told me that they can’t do this without restoring the video card. and after all this I want to thank you for a valuable life lesson, NEVER MORE USE DELL TECHNOLOGY.
