Error while restarting laptop (Windows 10)

I am using a Dell Inspiron 5502 which has Windows 10 Home Edition installed in it. Frequently while restarting the laptop, I get an error message which says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restarted". Some info gets collected on the screen and after the information is collected completely, the laptop gets restarted. The problem generally gets fixed after a restart or after two or three restarts.

Can someone please suggest to me the cause of the problem and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

If you are unable to bypass this error and you cannot log into Windows normally, then you will need to boot into Safe Mode with Networking. Skip this step only if you can start your Windows normally. To find out how to start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking read this guide  and use the "Interrupt Windows Boot Process" method described in the previously given link. Or you can use the Windows Installation CD/DVD/USB and boot your Windows into Safe Mode with Networking using the Automatic Repair (Advanced Startup) screen. Once you are logged into your Windows, start applying our below described methods.
