If you want to increase the size of your Windows 10 system drive partition on your Dell XPS laptop, you may want to consider using third-party partition management software, such as EaseUS Partition Master or MiniTool Partition Wizard, to resize the partition.

Before resizing your partition, you should back up all important data on your laptop, as there is always a risk of data loss during the partition resizing process.

Once you have backed up your data, you can use partition management software to resize your Windows 10 system drive partition. Make sure to select the correct partition and set the new partition size to the desired size.

Alternatively, if you want to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 with a larger system drive partition, you can create a bootable USB drive with the Windows 10 installation media using the Media Creation Tool provided by Microsoft. You can then boot your Dell XPS laptop from the USB drive and follow the instructions to install a fresh copy of Windows 10 with the desired partition sizes.

Note that during the installation process, you may be prompted to enter a Windows 10 product key. If your Dell XPS laptop came with Windows 10 preinstalled, the product key should be embedded in the system BIOS and automatically detected during the installation process.

It sounds like you have two drives -- one 128G SSD probably, and one 1T hard drive.   You cannot expand the former;  the only option is to replace with a larger SSD.
