Run Dell ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment to check Fan and the other hardware within the computer.

You could do this by following steps in link below. After quick tests, select Fan, and then click on Thorough Test Mode.

Report back any error code. Also, after the tests, check Results, System Health and Event log.

I understand the situation. May I know if you experience the system overheating? Please clean the air vents & check if it helps. Also update BIOS & check.

Running a hardware diagnostic test can help you identify hardware related problems and provide you troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue. To determine if your Dell PC is experiencing a hardware problem, it is recommended that you first run a hardware diagnostic test on your PC. Dell offers both built-in and online diagnostics. Dell ePSA hardware diagnostic test will help check if the hardware devices are working correctly.
