Fingerprint sensor driver

Question

After receiving the latest Windows update, My fingerprint sensor has stopped working. Is this a general issue? Please provide a solution for it. Now after the system reset I would want to know if you have updated the Windows and also checked if there are any pending Drivers. If no, then please type 'check for updates' on the Windows search screen and open the screen to check if there are any pending windows update. If there are any updates, please update them all and restart the system. Next, open the SupportAssist app and click on 'Run All' test and see if there are any pending driver updates. If there is please update them and let us know once you've done.DELL-Cares
