Fingerprint unresponsive on setup procedure

Question

I've just bought a Dell Inspiron 15 5584 that has a fingerprint built-in on the power key. I was setting up Hello fingerprint on my laptop, but when it asks me to touch the fingerprint, there is no response. How do I fix this?

Hey all again, I ran a full diagnostic check at the Dell Support website and it shows two missing drivers. Once I downloaded and installed those, it seemed to fix the problem. Maybe a case of missing drivers! Anyways, problem is solved.
