Forcing OEM throttling on

Hey this is my first post so i say hello as well

As in title im looking for a way to FORCE oem throttling because when my laptop works normally on original dell power source it kinda using Failsafe system when running something more demanding from processor.

When i was using AC adapter from my second laptop (hp) dell was screaming ITS NON ORIGINAL but i could run same programs im trying to use now and they were working normally without laptop overheating and engaging failsafe

So i want to force that oem throttling to use my laptop normally without need to buy non original AC because otherwise pc dont work normally

Dell Inspiron 3537 (if i recall)
