G15 5511, CPU at max frequency while idle
my cpu frequency while speedstep disabled frequency stay at 2.3
but when i enable speedstep my cpu frequency idle at max like from 3.5 to 4
i updated all my drivers and bios but still same problem.
turbo boost endaled and hyper threading
so whats the problem with speedstep because i disable it to prevent my cpu from melting idle temp 70 to 99 usually 99

It is not odd or abnormal. It depends on windows power profile. High performance profile by default has %100 cpu clock for minimum frequency. Check windows power profile first.
