G3 15 100% disk usage
Up until recently, my Dell G3 has been working great. I've had it for a month and a half, and all of a sudden it becomes super slow and takes a long time to do anything. 3 minutes to open file explorer, more than that to open chrome, and lots of "not responding" messages. I checked the task manager, and I see that disk usage is at 100%. After hours of googling fixes leading to disabling superfetch, windows search, messing with virtual memory, etc, nothing works and the problem persists. Then I had Dell take control of my computer and try to fix it, doing all the same things I did. I even did a clean reinstall of windows and at the first login it's still happening.
Has anyone else had this problem, and found a real fix? I'd like to try to fix it before giving up and getting an HP.

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to assist you on this.
Have there been any recent software changes like installing a new game, application or Windows updates?
Right click on the time – click on task manager – click on startup – disable all options including anti-virus & restart the computer.
Open Event viewer & check if you have any error with event ID 129.
Run a hardware diagnostic by following the video on this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB & check if there is an error.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
