I have a DELL G3 3590 laptop which I have bought in 2020. In recent times, the Game Shift is not working. AWCC is not working properly. And many of the options are missing. I have reinstalled audio driver, AWCC suite, and Alienware OC Controls too. But no use.

Try re-installing the Command Center and .Net framework in the order specified below: Uninstall Alienware Command Center. Download latest Alienware Command Center from support.dell.com according to your system. Uninstall .Net Framework 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 Restart the computer Install .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.5 Run Windows Updates and verify there is no pending updates missing (avoid installing hardware driver updates). Restart the computer Install the latest Alienware Command Center you just downloaded If issue remains, please go to 'Control Panel', 'Programs and Features' and choose uninstall Command Center, when setup loads, run the 'repair'. This will solve any software corruption in the AlienFX firmware. Let me know how it goes!
