Please run Dell eSPA Preboot Diagnostic to check hard drive and the other hardware within the system. You could do this by following the steps in link below. Report back any error code.

If there's no error code  then I suspect the computer is experiencing an software issue such as outdated driver or corrupt program or App. 

1. Update drivers through windows updates  -Type Settings onto the search box, select Update & Security, and then "Check For Update". Driver updates for Windows 10, along with many devices, such as network adapters, printers, and video cards, usually are automatically downloaded and installed through Windows Update

2. Install latest Dell drivers from your Dell Product Support page. You could do this step by entering service tag number (or use the Detect PC option) onto the link below.

Lastly, 

If the system has the latest Dell / Microsoft drivers and freezing still occurring...

Run System File Checker and DISM commands to fix any corrupted system files that could be causing problems such as freezing. It's also known to fix memory issues.You could do this by following the steps in the link below. First run the DISM command and then System File Checker.
