G5 15 5500 overheating issues
My new Dell G5 15 5500 is having issues with the temperature, even in easy tasks it's hotter than what you would expect, and when you run a game, the computer will hit easily 100c and will immediately close the session after 10 to 15 minutes of playtime, is there a fix to this matter without messing around with my bios or using ThrottleStop to fix this issue?
My system configurations:
15.6 inch FHD (1920 x 1080) 120Hz 250 nits WVA Anti- Glare LED Backlit Narrow Border Display
256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive
8GB DDR4-2933MHz, 2x4G
NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6
Windows 10 Home English
10th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H (12MB Cache, up to 5.0 GHz, 6 cores)
Regards

Welcome to the Dell Community @adsc_23
Make sure this driver is up to date.
Intel Dynamic Tuning Driver:

What version of BIOS do you have installed???

Hello!
All drivers are up-to-date, also BIOS updated to the last version and nothings helps.
I tried the software you posted in your replay (Intel Dynamic Tuning Driver) and it didn't work as well, any other idea?
Thanks for the advice
