If there isn't an error code reported on the fan or any other hardware within the system.....
Please make sure latest windows updates are installed on the system.Type Settings onto the search box, select Update & Security and then 'check For Update'. Keep in mind some of the windows updates provide drivers and firmware for the fan and other hardware within the system.
If the latest windows updates are installed onto the system.....
Install latest Dell drivers onto the system by entering the service tag number (or use the option for Detect PC) onto the link below.
I'd suggest selecting Detect Drivers in your Dell Product Support page.The Dell utility will automatically search for latest drivers ( Chipset & AMD Radeon 530) and firmware for the system.

If Dell eSPA Preboot Diagnostic doesn't report any error code and the latest windows / Dell drivers are installed but fan still giving you problems, you could contact Dell out of warranty dept and request a quote for repair in link below:

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the system.....
Run Dell eSPA Preboot diagnostic to check the fan and other hardware within the system. You could do this by following steps in video below.

NO, there is no such error code. But there is nothing regarding the GPU's temperature or fan, etc.
