Game shift key doesn't work on Windows 11

My game shift was working on Windows 10 but after I updated my laptop to windows 11, it doesn't work anymore. How do I fix this?

Verify that you have all of the Dell applications installed or not. If they are not installed I recommend you to go to this website and then download all the applications. You just have to enter in your laptops Service Tag number which can be found on the back of your laptop.
