Graphics driver is not working properly after Update!

Question

After installing the Windows 10 1903 update on my Inspiron 15-5578 2 in 1 laptop, I find that many applications do not display properly.  I'll get a frame, but no content in it.  Happens with WavesMaxx audio controller, Settings function on my HP 8740 Officejet Pro printer, and on a GoToWebinar (window frame displayed no presentation slides from the webinar). My computer has an Intel HD 620 video card.  The Intel driver update site indicates that there is a recent update for this display driver that works with the Win 10 1903 update, but when I tried to install it, it said it was not compatible with my system, and that I should go to the Dell driver update site.  The most recent driver version there has release date of 15 Sept 2017, and the driver update checker said I have the most recent update installed already. Is there a new driver release that will fix this incompatibility?  Please advise, thanks!

You may want to check to see if there is a newer chipset driver. That driver is the foundation.
