According to your image,It appears two chipset (SM Bus Controller driver & USB.2.0 - CRW) drivers are causing the network (wireless) to not work normally. Please uninstall / reinstall one driver at a time by following steps below:

1. In device manager, right click SM Bus Controller and then select Uninstall

2. At the top of device manager, select Action, and then click 'Scan For Hardware Changes'. Microsoft Windows will automatically detect and attempt to reinstall the device driver.

3.  Do the same for other chipset ( USB.2.0) driver.

If none of the above work:

Download / install the chipset drivers one at a time from Dell Product Support page. Please enter service tag number onto the link below. After, you should see both Chipset drivers in your Dell Product Support page.

Or....

Use System Restore tool on the computer to go back to an earlier time before WIFI stop working.

@Allsafety2010

I am very surprised that the wifi was able to work with the errors that are there in your Device Manager.

Follow @LSUFAN51 's directions.  But you will need to be connected to the internet to be able to get the drivers that are needed. I would suggest connecting the laptop with Ethernet cable directly to your router.

It looks like you are running AnyDesk. Maybe you should contact your company's IT department and have them remote in and fix the problem.

@Allsafety2010

When asking for help, instead of writing "disappearing wireless adapter", it would help if you actually told us what you did prior to this event.
