Start the computer and tap the F2 key to enter the bios. Once in the bios verify that the hard drive is listed in the bios. If so, restore the bios defaults, save the changes and exit.
If not, Run the ePSA diags by starting the computer and tapping the F12 key. Choose ePSA DIAGS.
