Hardware scan complete no issues

Please someone help? A new Inspiron 15 7000 - only 2 weeks old. 

Everytime the laptop is left for a short period of time, I receive a pop-up message which says Support-Assist Onboard Diagnostics - Hardware scan complete with no issues which at times is causing it to restart? 

This then sometimes leads to a blue screen stating Windows had encountered some form of error.

How can I stop this please?

If you get a blue screen the system will run diagnostics. On a 2 week old system I would call Dell tech support. You have 30 days to either get a refund or exchange the system.
