Heating issue and fan running while charging

Hello everyone,

It's been like 4,5 months since I purchased my laptop and usually, I work with my laptop without plugging in with a charger to save my battery life. But when I plug my charger the fan starts running and my laptop starts getting heated although I have-not touched or run and program.

Please help me I am worried about my laptop🥺
