Help, Dell softwares not working.

Question

greetings,i have a Dell G5 5587, and i've had dell power manager working on it a few months ago, checked it recently and it just constantly crashes.tried solving the issue with supportassist but it does not properly install from both microsoft store and dell's support site.neither of the programs work (although used to work at some point in time),i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both (from control panel and window's settings) but it did not solve the issue,link to image references from eventviewer for both of their crash reports :https://imgur.com/a/LELsGLghelp is appreciated!
