Help with Intel/AMD settings

I have inherited an Inspiron 15, model 5559, that has Intel and AMD GPUs. I've wondered how to setup to make certain that the Radeon discrete card is used for any low-end gaming I may want to try on this laptop but I can't seem to find anything helpful. I've never had a laptop that has built-in and discrete GPUs and I've never used anything but nvidia GPUs before in my desktops, so I'm a little out of my element

I found a five-year-old post that mentioned going to the Configure Switchable Graphic section of the AMD software, but this section does not seem to exist in the latest version available from the Dell website. How do I setup my computer to use the Intel GPU for general computing and the AMD Radeon for gaming?
